Welcome, I’m glad you’re here.
Beginning therapy takes courage, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly heard. I believe you are the expert of your own life. My role is to walk alongside you with warmth and compassion, offering tools, perspective, and a non-judgmental space to explore what matters most to you.
I work with teens, adults, couples, and groups, with a special focus on supporting women, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ communities. Many of my clients seek support around anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, workplace burnout, identity development, family conflict, and navigating the impact of cultural, racial, or health-related stress.
My approach is person-centered, holistic, and mindfulness-based. I integrate trauma-informed and strength-focused practices that honor the whole person.. mind, body, and environment. In our work together, we’ll explore your story with curiosity and care, build resilience, and develop strategies that fit your unique needs.
Whether you are seeking short-term support or long-term growth, my hope is that you leave our sessions feeling more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself. Therapy with me isn’t about being told who to be, it’s about rediscovering your strengths, honoring your journey, and creating space for healing and balance.
