I appreciate you’re taking this step towards therapy for yourself; it is a brave undertaking. I have over 11years of practice experience from several counseling and hospice backgrounds. I provide evidence-based clinical counseling to my clients to meet them where they are. For clients in need of integrating their spiritual and clinical experiences, I have done a great deal of research on how to merge the two disciplines. Each experience led me to who I am today. I advocate and care for the availability and accessibility of mental health care and treatment. I believe in the healing power of hope to achieve our wellness goals. I believe in a holistic and eclectic approach to tailor treatments and treatment plans based on the needs of the individual, Couples, families, seniors, and preteens. My approach is simple: I want to hear your story without judgment, shaming, and blaming, but through resilience and power. You can encounter a warm and open environment that becomes your safe place.
