Heather is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care through telehealth. With over 15 years of clinical experience, Heather brings a holistic and evidence-based approach to managing acute and chronic conditions for patients across the lifespan. Graduating with a Master of Science in Nursing from DeSales University, Heather became certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and has since developed a strong background in primary care, preventative medicine, and chronic disease management. She also specializes in hematology/oncology.
In the telehealth setting, Heather excels at leveraging technology to expand access to care, enhance patient communication, and promote continuity of treatment. Heather focuses on empowering patients through education and personalized treatment plans. Dedicated to innovation and compassionate care, Heather values the convenience and accessibility that telehealth offers. When not caring for patients, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 kids, hanging with family and friends, vacationing, HIIT.
